Seeing shared teams in Player History

When looking at a player, I would like to see some indication of which teams I have been on with them.

Obviously you need to be logged in, but it can be useful when looking at someone's team history.

I plan at some point to add a feature to show a team's entire history against another team, and this would be something quite similar. I'll put it on the todo list.
