League Coordinater

Currently, there is the ability to add a division coordinator.
Do you think it would be useful to have a League Coordinator who has the ability to create Divisions?

My program has 12 Leagues with 12 league coordinators. We give those coordinators the ability to divide divisions as they see fit.
Would it be difficult to have a league coordinator who can add and delete divisions within their league?

The system will already detect when someone is a coordinator of all divisions in a league, and give them the ability to do full-league schedule editing, including cross-over games between teams in different divisions, show league-wide field availability report, and edit league settings in addition to division settings. Probably not hard to expand this to give them access to add new divisions as well!
