I can not remove the last preferred facility from a team. (I click the remove, hit submit, come back in and it is still there.)

With a facility still preferred, a team can not be deleted.

the schema was still set to 64. I changed it to 67, did an update, and everything is working correctly again. thanks for the assistance.
