Re: Themes to share?

That's right. The theming has been used to override views/layouts/default.ctp with something that matches the CMS layout. Most of the visual changes come from loading different style sheets that result from this.

Re: Repeating Events

Forgot to comment on this when the feature was done, but repeating events can now be created. The "calendar features" you mentioned are there (except for holidays), but this just creates a series of events with the same data, so if there are changes required later, there's no way to change...

Re: List of Features... in no particular order

Team events and games should both already be on the team calendar, visible to players on the team and their parents. People not on the team don't get to see team events. Practices are one of the things you can use team events for. Support for more organized practices, including field assignments an...

Re: Manually Create Games

Oh, just remembered, if you're not on the team in question, you won't see the events in the schedule. The team event function was built to handle events that teams plan for themselves. Handling this better in the case of events (especially practices) scheduled by the league will include giving admin...

Re: Manually Create Games

It definitely won't allow you to book a team against itself. I have some pretty solid ideas about what needs to be done to improve support for practices, just need to find the time to do it; it's not a top priority at the moment. (Development contracts have a way of changing priorities and time allo...

Re: Manually Create Games

Conflict checking is done only when you save a schedule. There's no function to check for conflicts in existing data, as it's not expecting that data to come from anywhere else, and it would already have checked it when you saved it. The main check that is done is to ensure that a game slot is not d...

Re: Installation and Config Questions

It seems, based on the presence of things like cake and webroot in your URLs, that there's something less than ideal about your overall web server configuration. The simplest setup, and what is assumed by the default config/install.php, is for Zuluru to be installed all alone in a domain (example.co...
